Shipping
Noor Fragrancy ships within Italy.
All orders are handled by the courier service GLS.
Shipping within Italy
For orders destined for Italy:
- The shipping cost is €5.
- Shipping is free for orders over €50.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the moment the order is collected by the courier.
Delivery times may vary for shipments to islands or remote/hard-to-reach areas, or in the event of delays or issues attributable to the courier.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within the timeframes indicated on the website.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive the information necessary to track the delivery, where applicable.
The stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to the courier, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, exceptional events, or other circumstances not directly attributable to Noor Fragrancy.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase online from Noor Fragrancy as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason—subject to any exceptions stipulated by current legislation.
To notify us of your decision, please use the form on the "Contact Us" page, selecting "Returns and Information" as the subject, and include the following details:
- Your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- The products you wish to return and the respective quantities.
- The reason for your request (optional).
- If your request concerns a refund or a product exchange.
The request must be communicated within the specified timeframe. Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date of such notification.
Return Costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the customer, within the limits provided by law and provided that this obligation was disclosed prior to the purchase.
Products must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal for Opened Perfumes
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter e), of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, and which have been opened after delivery.
Consequently, this exclusion applies to sealed perfumes that have been opened after delivery only when the conditions stipulated by the regulations are met. Opening the packaging does not automatically result in the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for every type of product.
Refund
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, Noor Fragrancy will refund the payments received, including any costs for the initial standard delivery, in accordance with the conditions set forth by applicable law.
The refund will be issued without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date of the notification of withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the products are received or until the customer has provided proof that they have been sent back—whichever occurs first. The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer and provided that the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund process.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Products that are damaged, defective, non-compliant, or different from those ordered are handled separately from the standard right of withdrawal.
In such cases, please contact noor@noorfragrancy.com, providing your order number and a description of the issue. You may include photographs of the product and its packaging if they help to document the problem.
Noor Fragrancy will provide you with the necessary instructions for handling your report and outline any remedies available under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights regarding the conformity of goods.
