These terms and conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products available through the online store.

2. Scope of Service

The website allows users to browse the catalog of available products and purchase perfumery items online.

Product availability, prices, and any promotions are indicated on the website and are subject to change at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been finalized.

3. Products and Information

Noor Fragrancy strives to provide product descriptions and images that are as accurate as possible.

Colors and shades shown in the images may differ slightly from the actual products due to photographic reproduction or digital image processing.

4. Prices

Product prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

All prices listed on the website include VAT.

Any shipping costs are indicated separately before the order is finalized.

5. Purchasing Process

To place an order, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart, and complete the checkout process by following the instructions provided on the website.

Before finalizing the order, the customer may review a summary of the purchase, the total price, any applicable shipping costs, and the information provided. An order is considered finalized once the steps outlined in the purchase procedure have been completed and the corresponding confirmation has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you purchase online from Noor Fragrancy as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason—subject to any exceptions stipulated by applicable law.

To notify us of your decision, please use the form on the "Contact Us" page, selecting "Returns and Information" as the subject, and include the following details:

Your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
The products you wish to return and the quantities for each.
The reason for your request (optional).
Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

The request must be submitted within the specified timeframe. Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay—and no later than 14 days from the date of your notification.

Return Costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, in accordance with legal provisions and provided that this obligation was disclosed prior to the purchase.

Products must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal for opened perfumes

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter e), of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery.

Consequently, this exclusion applies to sealed perfumes that have been opened after delivery only when the conditions set forth by the applicable legislation are met. The opening of the packaging does not automatically result in the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for every product.

Refunds

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, Noor Fragrancy will refund the payments received, including any initial standard delivery costs, in accordance with the conditions stipulated by current legislation.

The refund will be issued without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the notification of the withdrawal. Noor Fragrancy may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the customer has provided proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer and provided that the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund process.

Damaged or defective products or different from those ordered

Products that are damaged, defective, non-compliant, or different from those ordered are handled separately from the standard right of withdrawal.

In such cases, please contact noor@noorfragrancy.com, providing your order number and a description of the issue encountered. You may include photographs of the product and its packaging, if these help to document the problem.

Noor Fragrancy will provide you with the necessary instructions for handling your report, as well as information regarding any remedies available under applicable law. Consumer rights concerning the conformity of goods remain unaffected.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Noor Fragrancy is not liable for any temporary service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond its direct control.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Noor Fragrancy reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use.

The terms applicable to a purchase shall be those published on the website at the time the order is placed.
